About the Position

As the Nordic Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system across the Nordic region. This role involves conducting audits, analyzing quality performance indicators, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements. You report to the CEO of LU-VE Nordic, are a member of the management team and matrix-reporting to the group´s CQPO (Chief Quality & Process Officer).

The position is located at LU-VE Sweden AB in Asarum, Sweden or at Fincoil LU-VE Oy in Vantaa/Vanda, Finland. As the Nordic Quality Manager your responsibility will be for both companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and systems aligned with corporate quality objectives.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators and implement improvement plans.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Support new product development and launch activities by providing quality input and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Conduct internal and external quality audits and inspections, ensuring timely resolution of non-conformities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices to enhance quality performance.

About You

We are seeking a dynamic individual with a degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field, with a couple of years of experience in quality management. You should have extensive experience in regional or multi-site quality roles within the industry sector, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and directives.

Qualifications and Competences

• Degree in engineering, quality management, or related field.
• Experience in quality management.
• Experience in regional/multi-site quality roles.
• In-depth knowledge of quality standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in English.

Advantageous

Knowledge of quality standards and tools such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean, 8D, FMEA, SPC and knowledge about the EU Machinery Directive. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
